Terms of Service.

By accessing or using GenDome, you confirm you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the service and close any account already created.

To use paid plans, you must have legal capacity to contract under your jurisdiction's civil law.

GenDome is a parametric design platform for geodesic domes. It provides a real-time 3D configurator, exact geometric computation for V1 through V6 frequencies, cut list generation and technical files for fabrication (DXF, OBJ, STL, PDF).

The service is delivered as a SaaS, accessible via browser, with no local installation required.

Features may be added, modified or discontinued as the product evolves.

Access to paid features requires creating an account with a valid email address and password.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity performed under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

One account per individual or legal entity. Sharing an account across multiple users violates these Terms.

Paid plans (Pro, Build) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. The billing cycle renews automatically until cancellation.

You can cancel at any time from the subscription area. Access to paid features remains active until the end of the already-paid cycle, with no refund for partial periods.

Price changes are communicated by email with at least 30 days notice.

Payment failure results in automatic downgrade to the Free plan after a 7-day grace period.

You retain all copyright and ownership of the dome projects you create on the platform.

By using the service, you grant GenDome a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, store and display your content strictly to the extent needed to operate the platform and provide the service to you.

We do not use your content to train AI models or for commercial purposes outside the service operation without your explicit consent.

You are fully responsible for the content you create and for ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or in breach of applicable laws. • Attempt to bypass plan limits via abusive technical means. • Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the platform's source code. • Attack the infrastructure via DoS, injection, mass scraping or similar techniques. • Resell access to the service without prior written authorisation. • Upload malicious, illegal or rights-infringing content.

The GenDome brand, platform source code, interface design, documentation and geometry generation algorithms are owned by SELVAGEN or licensed to it, protected by Brazilian law and international intellectual property treaties.

No rights are granted to you beyond the right to access the service under the contracted plan.

You are free to use, modify and distribute the technical files generated by the platform (DXF, OBJ, STL, PDF, cut lists) without additional restrictions.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no guarantee of 100% uptime.

Scheduled maintenance will be announced with reasonable notice when possible.

SELVAGEN does not warrant that the service will be free from errors, interruptions or delays.

IMPORTANT: GenDome is a parametric design tool. It does NOT replace structural engineering, load analysis, foundation sizing or sign-off from a licensed professional (engineer, architect) responsible for the build.

GenDome's geometric computations are exact within the parametric model's assumptions, but structural, material, safety and local code compliance decisions are the sole responsibility of the builder and the professionals they engage.

SELVAGEN is not liable for property, physical or financial damage arising from constructions based on platform outputs without professional validation.

In any case, SELVAGEN's total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your account at any time from the settings area.

SELVAGEN may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with prior notice where applicable.

After closure, your data is retained for 30 days to allow reactivation. After that period, it is permanently removed, except for retention required by law.

SELVAGEN may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email and on the platform with at least 30 days notice.

Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

The parties elect the courts of the district where SELVAGEN is headquartered to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, waiving any other venue regardless of privilege.
